Somfy Leads app for iPhone and iPad

Dedicated to Somfy customers only, Somfy Leads is a password protected application connected to your local Somfy Extranet Account which will enable you to follow up end-users requests assigned to you by Somfy even when you are not in the office!
All your leads will be available on your smart phone and you can check all customer requests or details very easily.

This application enables you to
- Accept / refuse requests which have been assigned to you
- Add / read comments related to the different leads
- Follow up / update your leads
- Close leads and provide details on the sales made
- Receive push notifications for new leads or when comments are submitted on your leads
- Search for a lead / customer

All the actions made in this application are synchronised in real time with your Somfy Extranet Account. An off line mode is also available if you need to check your leads without any GSM or Internet coverage.

Once you have downloaded this application, enter your Somfy Extranet Account login and password to access your existing and future leads.
